Senior Digital Growth Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Digital Growth Manager based in United States.

This is a high-impact, full-funnel growth role responsible for driving e-commerce revenue performance across a multi-product digital portfolio. You will own acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle revenue growth in a self-serve, subscription-driven environment. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across demand generation, CRO, and lifecycle marketing. You will optimize the entire digital purchasing journey, from first touchpoint to long-term customer value expansion. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, requiring strong data fluency and commercial thinking. The environment is fast-paced, experimentation-driven, and focused on measurable revenue outcomes. You will play a central role in scaling digital revenue efficiency and unlocking new growth opportunities across channels and customer segments.

Accountabilities:

• Own end-to-end e-commerce revenue performance, including ARR growth, new customer acquisition, conversion rates, and overall digital revenue targets across product lines.
• Design and execute demand generation strategies that drive qualified traffic through paid, organic, and owned channels while optimizing CAC and channel mix.
• Optimize the full digital purchasing journey, improving conversion rates, reducing friction, and enhancing self-serve buying experiences across platforms.
• Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives including onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and win-back programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Develop and manage promotional calendars, pricing experiments, and campaign strategies to maximize revenue performance and engagement.
• Build and scale experimentation frameworks across landing pages, funnels, and checkout flows to continuously improve performance.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business systems teams to enhance e-commerce infrastructure and digital customer experience.
• Own performance reporting and analytics, translating data from tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems into actionable insights.

Requirements:
• 6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce with direct ownership of revenue or performance targets.
• Proven success driving self-serve or subscription-based growth in B2C or prosumer/SMB SaaS environments.
• Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization, funnel optimization, and digital acquisition strategies.
• Deep understanding of subscription economics, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention strategies.
• Experience working with analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical and experimental mindset with the ability to design, execute, and interpret growth experiments.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and technical teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with strong ownership of business outcomes.

Benefits:
• Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level digital growth and marketing leadership roles.
• Fully remote position within the United States.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Flexible PTO policy and supportive work-life balance culture.
• 401(k) retirement savings plan and additional standard corporate benefits.
• Opportunity to directly impact revenue growth in a high-growth digital-first environment.
• Strong career development potential in a scaling, innovation-driven organization.
