Job Description

Instructor- Customer Service Training Program

Full Time Position, 37.5 hours per week

Maternity Leave Coverage until September 1, 2027

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality, learner-centered instruction that supports participants in achieving their learning and employment goals. The role includes curriculum delivery, participant assessment, individualized support, and contributing to program planning and continuous improvement.
