Brand Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager based in the United States.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute brand marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and market positioning.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, influencers, journalists, and media outlets across the health, wellness, and longevity sectors.
  • Lead public relations initiatives by developing compelling brand narratives, securing media opportunities, and enhancing the organization's reputation.
  • Create and manage the organic social media strategy, driving audience engagement, community growth, and consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations that support long-term brand objectives.
  • Coordinate brand participation in industry conferences, events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and trade shows to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize branding initiatives and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, public relations, partnerships, or a related marketing role.
  • Previous experience within the health, wellness, longevity, fitness, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong network of relationships with brands, influencers, media professionals, and key stakeholders within the U.S. health and wellness ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic partnerships, influencer campaigns, and media placements with measurable business impact.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills with the ability to represent a brand confidently.
  • Experience developing brand strategies and maintaining consistent messaging across multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media strategy, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to guide strategic marketing decisions.
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work remotely.
