Description:
- Able to deal with upset customer from time to time
- Checking in service bikes.
- Minor bike repairs, ie.. Flat tire repair, battery inspection, Brake adjustments.
- Documenting service needed and customers concerns
- Troubleshooting
- Ability and motivation to learn about unknown bikes, parts and accessories
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Have the ability to bend, stoop, and kneel for periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds by oneself(Most E-bikes weigh more)
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to ride a bike or ability to learn how to.
- Must be able to use computers, hand tools, power tools, step ladders.
- Positive attitude.
