This role is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of payment-related projects within the dental healthcare domain, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. The position requires a strong balance of structure, communication, and execution discipline to manage cross-functional teams and complex workflows. The project manager will coordinate planning, governance, and delivery readiness while actively managing risks and dependencies across business, product, operations, and technical teams. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role ensures transparency through clear reporting, well-maintained project artifacts, and effective stakeholder engagement. It is well-suited for an experienced project leader who thrives on driving clarity, alignment, and momentum in complex programs. The Project Manager – Payment (Dental) is responsible for owning project execution from initiation through delivery, ensuring structure, visibility, and accountability across all phases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, RAID logs, schedules, and status reporting.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across business, product, operations, R&D, vendors, and PMO stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, decision-making processes, issue resolution, and follow-up actions to maintain project momentum.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all governance requirements, documentation, and delivery artifacts are complete and accurate.
- Oversee scope, timeline, resources, and delivery readiness to ensure successful project execution.
- Leverage project management tools and AI-assisted capabilities to improve reporting, planning, and communication efficiency.
- Share best practices across project management and business teams to support continuous improvement.
This role requires strong project management expertise with experience leading cross-functional initiatives in structured, fast-paced environments. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and execution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with disciplined tracking of scope, schedule, and RAID logs.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with healthcare operations, software delivery, or business transformation preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to make timely decisions, interpret data, and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a secure and reliable workspace.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $135,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
