Principal Brand Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Brand Designer based in United States.

You will join a global creative environment where design is a core driver of product storytelling and brand expression across multiple digital and physical touchpoints. In this role, you will shape and evolve a distinctive visual language that defines how millions of users experience a leading digital platform. You will work at the intersection of brand, product, and marketing, bringing clarity and consistency across fast-moving, high-impact initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and communications to deliver cohesive creative systems. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with ownership from concept through final delivery. You will also help elevate creative standards across teams while contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and execute high-impact brand design projects from concept development through production, ensuring strong visual coherence across all deliverables.
  • Create and maintain consistent design systems across multiple channels including digital campaigns, web experiences, social media, events, and product-related touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines, ensuring scalability and consistency across global markets.
  • Streamline creative workflows and production processes to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Support and mentor other designers while fostering a collaborative and high-performance creative culture.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, visual, or product design within agency or in-house environments, ideally with global-scale brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across brand identity, digital design, campaigns, web, motion, and experiential design.
  • Proven ability to operate as a design generalist with exposure to creative direction and end-to-end project ownership.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • Strong conceptual thinking combined with exceptional execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
