This role plays a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support within a global, data-driven environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial insights that enable leadership to make informed business decisions. The position involves deep involvement in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning activities. You will build and maintain financial models that support business performance tracking and investment decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. The role also focuses on improving reporting efficiency and automation within FP&A processes. This is a high-impact position in a fast-paced, international environment where accuracy and analytical rigor are essential.

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning using tools such as Anaplan.
• Perform detailed variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to identify key business drivers and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business case development.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and support business decision-making.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities within FP&A reporting and analysis.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across reporting cycles.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required by the business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CFA/CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar finance-focused role.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with financial planning tools such as Anaplan is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
