Pay Rate: $34.02/hr. minimum. Dependent on experience
Shift: Grave/night - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Weekends are required.Position Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Note: This is an on-site role in Snoqualmie, WA.

PURPOSE
Maintain the integrity of the Casino’s gaming operations through effective CCTV monitoring and investigation of the casino’s activities on a per-shift basis. Notify the surveillance shift supervisor of non-compliance with regulations, internal controls, and rules of the games, as well as when the integrity of assets are compromised. Document violations and remedial measures taken. Cooperate with casino when surveillance coverage is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the per-shift operations of the surveillance system including monitoring for the compliance with regulations, internal controls, and rules of the games.
- Monitoring for integrity of assets being compromised. Notifying shift supervisor of violations or assets being compromised, and documenting violations and remedial measures taken.
- Cooperate with Casino when surveillance coverage or assistance is required or requested.
- Develop operators.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Two (2) year degree and two (2) year’s comparable experience; or
- Four (4) years of comparable supervisory experience or extensive knowledge of casino surveillance operations plus comparable leadership experience or training.
- Two (2) years of casino surveillance operator experience.
- Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the position.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability of: casino fraudulent crimes, how to detect such crimes, and how to document court admissible evidence of such crimes.
- Proven ability to learn how to operate and extremely complex CCTV system.
- Proven ability of developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the various business units within gaming operations.

Education and Experience:
- Supervisory experience
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
