Paid Digital Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Digital Marketing Manager based in Canada.

This role sits at the center of a global digital demand generation engine, driving measurable pipeline impact across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting channels. This is an opportunity to shape performance marketing execution in a globally distributed, collaborative team focused on continuous improvement and impact.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for executing and optimizing end-to-end paid digital marketing programs across multiple channels, ensuring strong pipeline contribution and efficient budget performance:

  • Manage daily execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, display, and programmatic retargeting.
  • Optimize budget allocation and bidding strategies to improve CPL, ROAS, and overall pipeline impact.
  • Develop, test, and refine ad creatives, audience segments, and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates.
  • Support organic social media initiatives by contributing to content planning and amplifying key messaging across platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze shifts in buyer behaviour, including AI-influenced search and attribution changes.
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting through HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with revenue marketing and global teams to align campaigns with ABM strategies and pipeline priorities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform optimization strategies.
  • Stay current with platform updates, automation tools, and emerging trends in digital advertising and AI-driven search.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings hands-on paid media expertise within a B2B SaaS or technology environment, along with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid digital marketing, managing multi-channel performance campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with additional experience in Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience supporting both paid and organic social media strategies in a B2B context.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data, attribution models, and funnel metrics.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and UTM tracking best practices.
  • Understanding of AI-driven changes in search behaviour, including AEO, GEO, and zero-click search trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, GRC, compliance, or risk domains is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a proactive and structured working style.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Fully remote work across Canada with global team collaboration.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, pipeline-driven digital marketing programs.
  • Exposure to advanced AI-driven marketing practices and evolving digital acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment with teams across multiple regions.
  • Professional growth opportunities in a fast-evolving SaaS and enterprise software space.
  • Inclusive and flexible work culture focused on ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
