Grounds Crew in Hamburg, New York at Wanakah Country Club

Maintain and detail the golf course grounds and landscaping around the course, clubhouse, and other areas on property.

Jobs Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

- Operate wide range of mowing equipment (walk units and ride-on units)

- Use equipment such as string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.

- Assist with watering plantings and turfgrass

- Prune trees

- Maintains landscape beds around clubhouse

- Rake and blow leaves

- Prepare and lay sod

- Rake sand bunkers

- Load and unload materials

- Help with drainage and irrigation projects

This is a labor-intensive job and the individual must be able to lift at least 20lbs.

We are extremely flexible if you need days off. Our season typically runs from April - November (weather permitting).

We provide uniforms and provide free golf on most Mondays during the season to employees and one guest of their choosing.

Hourly Wage: $16.00-17.00 – based on prior experience
