As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be trusted to deliver exceptional service while representing one of the most recognized brands in the industry.
Your responsibilities include:
- Diagnose residential HVAC systems accurately
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and system installations
- Educate homeowners on recommended solutions
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
- Complete digital service documentation using ServiceTitan or similar software
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- Represent the One Hour brand with professionalism and integrity
We're looking for professionals who take pride in doing things the right way.
Successful technicians have:
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification (preferred/required based on location)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while remaining a team player
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
