Leasing Specialist - Spring Branch in Houston, Texas at Tarantino Properties Inc

Tarantino Properties is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team at our community in the Spring Branch area.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional who is passionate about helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships

We offer an attractive hourly pay + commission structure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone
• Give apartment tours and highlight community features
• Process applications and lease paperwork
• Build relationships with current and future residents
• Help meet leasing and occupancy goals
• Support resident events and community engagement

• Previous leasing experience required
• Experience in OneSite software required
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
