As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will work alongside experienced event professionals and community partners to support successful events that benefit nonprofit organizations and meaningful causes.

Key Responsibilities

As an Event Assistant, you will:

  • Assist with planning and executing charity events, nonprofit campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach programs.
  • Support event setup, logistics, registration, materials preparation, and onsite operations.
  • Welcome and engage attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members professionally.
  • Help create positive event experiences through customer engagement and support.
  • Educate community members about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Assist with attendee communication, donation support, and event materials.
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and support event reporting.

Qualifications
