Experience Required: Should have Hilton Experience in the last years and PEP Experience

We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have previous Hilton brand experience and be proficient in the PEP system (Property Engagement Platform). As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless check-in experience while upholding Hilton’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures using the Hilton PEP system.

  • Manage room assignments, issue key cards, and handle payment transactions accurately.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on guest satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.

  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, room availability, and guest information.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages courteously and professionally.

  • Uphold Hilton brand standards in all guest interactions and daily operations.

  • Assist in resolving billing or reservation discrepancies efficiently.

  • Support other front office functions as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience at a Hilton property is mandatory.

  • Proficiency in the Hilton PEP (Property Engagement Platform) system is required.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of front desk or guest service experience in a branded hotel environment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

  • Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

  • Flexible schedule availability (including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts).

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or degree preferred.
