The Systems Enablement Manager plays a key role in helping newly integrated business units successfully adopt new systems, processes, and operational workflows.
This position combines technical configuration expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities.
You will act as a bridge between business teams and technology functions, ensuring systems are aligned with organizational standards while supporting smooth transitions.
The role requires hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, process optimization, and business enablement in a fast-moving environment.

The Systems Enablement Manager is responsible for supporting business transformation initiatives by configuring systems, enabling users, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes across integrated business units.
- Serve as the primary systems contact for newly onboarded business units, guiding stakeholders through system transitions and process changes.
- Support change management initiatives by translating new workflows and tools into clear guidance, documentation, and training materials.
- Conduct working sessions, demonstrations, and support sessions to help teams adopt new systems effectively.
- Identify adoption challenges, process gaps, and operational risks, partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues proactively.
- Configure and maintain enterprise platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and CPQ solutions based on business requirements.
- Manage system updates such as objects, fields, workflows, pricing rules, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Identify data inconsistencies, configuration issues, and process misalignments, implementing solutions or escalating with recommendations.
- Develop playbooks, job aids, and reusable resources to improve future onboarding and enablement efforts.
- Support the integration of SaaS subscription, hardware, and usage-based billing models into financial and operational systems.
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations teams to improve billing accuracy, automation, reporting, and revenue processes.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, data mapping, documentation, and training development.
- Partner with Data, Systems, IT, Sales Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure changes align with governance standards and long-term architecture.
- Communicate system updates, progress, risks, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ideal candidate combines technical systems expertise with strong communication skills and a proven ability to guide teams through operational change. They should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders while managing complex enterprise platforms.
- 3–6+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce and HubSpot in a commercial or operations environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business stakeholders through change management, process adoption, and enablement initiatives.
- Strong experience with NetSuite administration, including financial module configuration and data management.
- Experience with CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or Zuora CPQ, including product setup, pricing rules, and quote-to-cash workflows.
- Experience supporting multiple billing models, including SaaS subscriptions, hardware sales, and usage-based revenue.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex system issues and implement practical solutions.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies to improve daily workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and operate effectively in a changing environment.
- Experience with M&A integrations, business onboarding, or multi-entity environments is preferred.
- Prior experience in enablement, training, customer-facing operations, or change management is a plus.
- Familiarity with integration middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Zapier is beneficial.
- Knowledge of data governance, master data management practices, or relevant platform certifications is preferred.
