Keep service stations clean, organized, stocked, and ready throughout the shift.
Complete all opening, running, and closing responsibilities thoroughly.
Assist teammates whenever needed and contribute to a respectful, collaborative work environment.

Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn menu items, table numbers, seat positions, and service standards.
Dependable, professional, and committed to working as part of a team.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry trays, dishes, glassware, and service supplies.
Our Standard
At the Retreat, Server Assistants are active participants in the guest experience. They observe the room, anticipate what is needed, and take purposeful action to support both guests and teammates. Success is measured not only by completing tasks, but by helping the entire team deliver organized, gracious, and memorable hospitality.
Responsibilities may be adjusted based on the needs of the operation.
