As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will play a hands-on role in delivering AI-powered solutions that solve complex business challenges for enterprise clients. Working within cross-functional delivery pods, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to rapidly build, test, and refine applications using modern AI technologies and cloud platforms. This role combines full-stack engineering with direct customer engagement, allowing you to turn ideas into production-ready solutions. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation, quality, and continuous improvement are central to every project. • Develop and deliver AI-driven software solutions using modern cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, leveraging large language models and related AI technologies.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders on a daily basis to understand requirements, iterate on solutions, and ensure products deliver measurable value.
• Build high-quality, production-ready applications by implementing comprehensive testing, evaluation frameworks, and quality assurance best practices.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to execute technical designs while proactively identifying design gaps and recommending improvements.
• Contribute to agile delivery teams by translating business needs into scalable technical solutions that support client transformation initiatives.
• Continuously improve engineering practices by embracing modern AI development workflows, automation, and collaborative problem-solving.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI development, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience building applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, or agentic development workflows is preferred.
• Experience working with front-end technologies and full-stack application development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly alongside business users throughout the development lifecycle.
• Experience in healthcare or higher education environments, as well as AI certifications such as AWS AI Practitioner or Microsoft AI-900/AI-102, would be beneficial.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
