Director, Clinical Nursing in San Antonio, Texas at University Health System- San Antonio

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides clinical direction and supervision for the University Health inpatient and outpatient dialysis program. Works with the Medical Director(s) to plan, organize, supervise, evaluate and administer activities of the various dialysis programs.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Current RN license in the State of Texas. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree in Nursing is preferred. Two year's experience as the clinical nurse supervisor/charge nurse/administrator and /or director of a free standing or hospital dialysis unit is required. Three or more years as the administrator/director of a multi-system dialysis operation is preferred.

LICENSURE

Current RN license in the State of Texas. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required
