Dan Heiman – State Farm Agency is looking for a Spanish/English Bilingual Account Representative to help customers with their insurance needs, provide outstanding service, and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
This is a customer service and sales position for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and communicating confidently with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
Previous insurance experience is not required; candidates who are motivated to learn and can obtain the required North Carolina insurance license are encouraged to apply.
Position Highlights
  • Full-time or part-time opportunities
  • In-office position in Fayetteville, NC
  • Hourly base pay plus commission
  • Starting compensation based on experience
  • Higher starting pay may be available for experienced insurance professionals
  • Vacation and PTO available after 90 days
  • Opportunity to develop insurance knowledge and sales skills
What You'll Do
  • Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers with questions about their insurance policies
  • Help customers with policy updates, account changes, and service requests
  • Explain insurance options and help customers understand their coverage needs
  • Prepare quotes and follow up with customers and prospective customers
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and coverage
  • Build lasting customer relationships through helpful, professional communication
  • Support the agency's sales and service goals while delivering a positive customer experience
What We're Looking For
Required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
  • Willingness and ability to obtain the required North Carolina insurance license
  • Interest in both customer service and sales
Helpful
  • Previous insurance agency or financial services experience
  • Experience in customer service, account management, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with Auto, Home, Renters, or other personal insurance products
  • An active North Carolina Property & Casualty license
