Are you an experienced field leader with a strong background in industrial coatings and the tank industry? Superior Tank Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated Project Superintendent to help lead our field operations and drive successful project execution.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in overseeing industrial tank construction, maintenance, repair, and coating projects. You’ll work closely with field crews, project managers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget—all while maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations for tank construction, maintenance, repair, and coating projects.
• Lead and support field crews and subcontractors while managing schedules and ensuring projects stay on track.
• Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing company policies, OSHA regulations, and customer site requirements.
• Perform field inspections and monitor workmanship to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, vendors, and field personnel to keep projects running smoothly.
• Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work before work begins.
• Track labor hours, production progress, materials, and equipment usage.
• Identify and resolve field challenges while developing practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site audits as needed.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers and internal teams throughout each project.

• 5+ years of experience in industrial tank construction, coatings, maintenance, or related field operations.
• Strong knowledge of tank industry standards, field operations, and industrial project management.
• Proven experience leading field crews and coordinating multiple job sites.
• AMPP/NACE CIP Level II Certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
