Job Description

Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner based in Germany.

Join a fast-growing, international technology environment where talent plays a central role in business success. As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead complex hiring initiatives across engineering, data, and platform infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with technical leaders to define hiring strategies, strengthen assessment processes, and attract exceptional talent. By combining strategic sourcing, AI-powered tools, and data-driven insights, you will improve recruitment efficiency and hiring quality. You will also shape candidate experiences and help build scalable talent acquisition practices. This is an opportunity to influence technical team growth while contributing to an ambitious, remote-friendly organization.

Accountabilities:

You will own the full recruitment strategy for critical technical positions, working as a trusted advisor to engineering and data leadership while continuously improving hiring processes and outcomes.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, hard-to-fill engineering, data, platform infrastructure, and senior technical leadership roles.

  • Leverage AI tools and modern talent intelligence platforms to optimize sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows.

  • Partner with Engineering and Data leaders to define role scorecards, refine technical interview rubrics, and establish competency-based assessment frameworks.

  • Develop targeted global sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates across competitive talent markets.

  • Monitor recruitment analytics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-value, and quality of hire, to guide decisions and provide actionable market insights.

  • Improve candidate journeys and support technical interviewers in delivering consistent, effective, and engaging assessments.

  • Identify bottlenecks, manage stakeholder expectations, and continuously refine recruitment strategies to improve hiring performance.

Requirements:

You are an experienced technical recruiter who combines strong sourcing expertise with technical curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

  • At least 4 years of experience in technical talent acquisition, with a proven track record of filling complex engineering, data, and platform infrastructure roles.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools and modern talent intelligence platforms to improve sourcing, market mapping, research, and candidate engagement.

  • Strong understanding of contemporary technology stacks and the ability to communicate credibly with technical professionals and hiring managers.

  • Proven experience building global sourcing strategies and engaging high-quality passive candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities.

  • Ability to establish structured, competency-based assessments and collaborate with technical leaders to maintain high hiring standards.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret pipeline data, assess market trends, and use insights to influence recruitment decisions.

  • Excellent prioritization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build trusted relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to participate in an employee stock options program.

  • The chance to contribute to the growth and development of a distinctive digital product.

  • Various bonus opportunities, including performance-based and referral bonuses.

  • Additional paid leave and a personal learning budget.

  • Paid volunteering opportunities.

  • Flexible work arrangements, with the option to work remotely, from an office, or while traveling.

  • Opportunities for accelerated personal and professional development, supported by structured feedback and promotion processes.

  • Full-time, remote-friendly work environment across Europe.
