Auto Detailer in Grand Haven, Michigan at Preferred Appearance and Detailing

NOW HIRING: TOP-TIER AUTO DETAILER
Preferred Appearance & Detailing | Grand Haven, MI | Full-Time, Mon–Fri

Get paid for what you produce.

If you're the detailer everyone asks for, you already know the problem with most shops: slow days, empty bays, and a paycheck that doesn't reflect your skill. We fixed that.

Preferred Appearance & Detailing is the centralized detail center for Preferred Automotive's seven dealership locations, one of the busiest dealership detail operations in West Michigan. The cars are always here. Your income is driven by the quality and speed of your work, not by whether business is slow.

We're expanding the team and looking for detailers who want to earn at the top of the market.

What you get

• $16.25 – $21.25+ per flat-rate hour. The faster and better you work, the more you make.
• Production bonuses up to $375 per pay period
• Unlimited, year-round work from seven dealerships
• Full benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, Paid Life Insurance, 401(k) with company match, and Paid Time Off
• A steady schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• A professional, well-equipped indoor facility
• Easy commute with quick access from US-31
• A real career path with a stable, growing automotive group

What we're looking for

We're not hiring someone to just wash cars. We want a professional who takes pride in every vehicle and knows quality and efficiency go hand in hand. You'll fit in if you:

• Deliver consistently high-quality work
• Take ownership of every car that leaves your bay
• Show up dependably and stay self-motivated
• Like staying busy from start to finish
• Want your paycheck to grow with your production

Is this the right fit?

This job isn't for everyone. If you want a slow-paced job where the work comes and goes, we're probably not your shop.

If you want nonstop work, top-tier pay, and a company that rewards performance, we want to meet you.
