Primary Schedule: Full-Time | Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hiring Range: $27.45 - $31.57 per hour

The Puyallup Tribal Health Authority (PTHA) is looking for a Technical Support Analyst I who brings both technical expertise and a customer-first mindset to support our healthcare environment.
In this role, you’ll be more than just IT support — you’ll be a trusted partner to staff, ensuring the technology behind patient care is reliable, secure, and efficient.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-level technical support by responding to Help Desk requests, documenting incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Install, configure, maintain, and support computer hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, and peripheral devices throughout the organization.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues to maintain system performance, reliability, and user productivity.
- Create, modify, and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and related system documentation across multiple business applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including software updates, security patches, computer imaging, deployments, and desktop refresh activities.
- Train and support end users on organizational software applications, hardware, and technology best practices to improve efficiency and user adoption.
- Maintain accurate technology documentation, including service desk records, hardware and software inventory, licensing, warranties, and monthly operational reports.
- Research emerging technologies, recommend system improvements, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Information Technology department.
What You Bring:
- Associates degree in an IT-related field and a minimum of two (2) years' experience in a computer related field OR four (4) years' experience in a computer related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of PC troubleshooting experience
- Minimum two (2) years of end-user support experience
- Required Certification: Microsoft Specialist certification in current Windows OS -OR two (2) current CompTIA certifications
