As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals with small and medium-sized businesses.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects understand how technology solutions can support their growth and operational goals.
The role combines outbound prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, and strategic relationship management.
You will work closely with internal teams while leveraging your industry knowledge and sales expertise to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customers and communicate the value of solutions effectively.
- Understand the challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses and provide tailored recommendations to address their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate sales activity tracking, opportunity management, and forecasting within CRM systems.
- Keep detailed records of sales outcomes, including reasons for wins and losses, to support continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Develop long-term customer relationships by acting as a trusted technology advisor and understanding clients’ business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer engagement and a high-quality sales experience.
- Around 6 months of experience in the recruitment industry, either as a recruiter or in a role selling products or services to recruitment-related businesses or similar environments.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities efficiently.
- Interest in consultative selling and helping growing businesses solve operational challenges.
- Strong motivation to develop sales skills through coaching, feedback, and continuous learning.
- Creative and proactive approach to prospecting, with the confidence to test new ideas and improve sales processes.
