Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual disabilities during community outings and recreational activities.
• Encourage participation in social and community events.
• Promote independence, inclusion, and personal choice.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals you support.
• Provide transportation by safely picking up and dropping off clients to and from events.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with participants.

  Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
• Comfortable driving agency vehicles and transporting clients safely.
• Friendly, compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities is an asset but not required.
