The Digital Bridge Development Lead will be responsible for supporting global IT portfolio management by establishing effective governance practices, improving operational processes, and ensuring projects remain aligned with strategic priorities. This role serves as a central point of coordination between technology teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Develop and improve end-to-end portfolio management processes in collaboration with IT leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support the creation and maintenance of an achievable, measurable, and strategically aligned IT project portfolio.
- Manage portfolio activities across the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Track project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, issues, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Create and distribute portfolio reports, executive presentations, project dashboards, and status updates tailored to different audiences.
- Partner with project managers, delivery leads, and business teams to identify challenges and maintain project alignment.
- Facilitate portfolio reviews, prioritization discussions, trade-off decisions, and scenario planning when required.
- Maintain accurate project information and support resource planning through portfolio management tools and reporting systems.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and milestones.
- Monitor project tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Identify potential impacts across business units and technology teams and coordinate mitigation strategies.
- Establish communication forums with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT portfolio management, project coordination, and technology delivery environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in IT portfolio management, project management, PMO, or related technology functions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience managing complex technology portfolios with multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience developing project plans, status reports, executive communications, and portfolio documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and support strategic decision-making.
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as HP PPM is a plus.
- Portfolio Management certification such as PfMP is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with diverse teams and leadership levels.
