Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of two years’ related experience. Some college preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints. Ability to resolve conflict both verbally and in written form. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers and employees.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Class E Florida’s Driver’s License. Must meet NFS’ driving record guidelines.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Additionally, employees will encounter cold temperatures of less than 50° in coolers.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Summary: Directs and oversees shelf set integrity, sales, and operational activities for assigned key accounts and chain accounts by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicates price and promotions with Key Account decision makers and secures new product authorizations.
- Visits accounts to ensure proper execution of North Florida Sales’ standards.
- Acts as the primary contact regarding any issues pertaining to key accounts.
- Provides timely communication of key account activity to the sales force during Tuesday supervisory meetings, monthly general sales meetings, postings on promotional planner and one-on-one communication, as necessary.
- Participates in the support of promotional events, such as charity golf, tournaments, special events, night calls, customer entertainment, etc.)
- Develops and presents business reviews for chain accounts as needed.
- Participates and develops a trimester Point of Sales order.
- Builds store level planograms utilizing Space Planning Plus software, store scanning data, NFS internal data and market data.
- Imports data into specific projects to determine correct product assortment and pack out using store specific scan data, NFS internal data and market data.
- Maintains database of planograms ensuring all account planograms are merchandised with correct product assortment and product placement.
- Interacts with competitive wholesalers by phone, via email or in person when projects require it.
- Coordinates with Team Leaders and Sales Reps to acquire and submit store level updates monthly to Shelf Set Coordinator to maintain planogram accuracy.
- Schedules all daily activities, resets and other projects for Reset Team and completes Reset’s in accounts as needed.
- Utilizes Encompass to post reset and planogram info for accounts so it is easily utilized by anyone in the company and runs reports as required.
- Ensures all resets are properly completed each week as scheduled.
- Listens to and attempts to resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively participates in team sell/ride-with schedules to meet quarterly objectives as per equity agreement requirements.
- Maintains NFS’ culture of dignity and respect and works as a productive member of a team.
- Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Attends North Florida Sales meetings as required.
- Adheres to all Anheuser-Busch policies and State Beverage Laws.
- Operates company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
- Responsible for all equipment supplied to them by the company.
- All other duties as assigned.
