POSITION SUMMARY
Develops, coordinates and administers the worker's compensation program to ensure delivery of quality patient care.

Essential Functions Statement(s)- Assists Physicians and employee(s) with worker's compensation patients and complex worker's compensation cases utilizing case management methods which facilitate employees return to maximum health and to work
- Helps patients and employees understand the worker's compensation process and implement any new worker's comp procedures
- Maintains working relationships with external worker's compensation parties, businesses, and clinic physicians to assist in development and expanding of business plus resolves any complex worker's compensation concerns
- Prepares and maintains written case records, reports and forms, performs case follow-up, modifications and closing
- Available to assess and evaluate current progress and needs in order to develop a case management plan
- Prepares and approves charts for impairment rating as needed
- Provides training for internal staff as needed
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others
- Performs other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred, or an equivalent of 4 or more years in related field preferred
Experience: 4 or more years of experience in related field required
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. Intermediate computer skills are required.
