This is a remote leadership opportunity for a hands-on creative professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and team collaboration.
You will lead creative initiatives across multiple brands, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality standard.
The role combines creative direction, stakeholder management, operational ownership, and direct involvement in content creation and delivery.
You will act as a key partner to leadership, translating ideas into impactful campaigns, experiences, and brand assets.
The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing leader who can balance big-picture thinking with strong attention to detail and execution.
You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial remote environment where ownership, innovation, and proactive communication are highly valued.

Accountabilities:
  • Own creative strategy and delivery across multiple brands, serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Lead the full creative lifecycle, from defining project briefs and setting strategic direction to coordinating contributors and ensuring successful execution.
  • Direct and contribute to the creation of marketing assets, including presentations, brochures, landing pages, digital content, campaigns, webinars, and launch materials.
  • Build and manage project teams by coordinating specialists across copywriting, design, development, and growth functions according to business needs.
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards by reviewing all deliverables for accuracy, consistency, messaging, visual alignment, and overall brand impact before launch.
  • Oversee CRM insights, reporting dashboards, and lead-quality analysis to support data-driven decisions and improve marketing performance.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered workflows, tools, and systems that increase efficiency, improve processes, and enhance creative output.
  • Support leadership with strategic planning, reporting, presentations, stakeholder communications, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Partner with external paid media teams by analyzing performance data, ensuring lead quality, and translating marketing metrics into actionable business insights.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency leadership role, with proven success managing stakeholder relationships and delivering multi-disciplinary creative projects on deadline.
  • 10+ years of professional experience with the ability to independently manage complex projects, identify solutions, and operate with minimal guidance.
  • Strong creative leadership skills combined with a hands-on execution mindset and the ability to personally contribute to high-quality deliverables.
  • Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build AI-driven workflows, automate processes, and use technology to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality control mindset, and commitment to delivering polished, error-free work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to proactively manage expectations, provide updates, and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, dashboards, lead pipelines, and marketing performance reporting.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Reliable remote work setup and availability to travel to the US up to four times per year.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, investment, real estate, or compliance-driven marketing environments is a plus.
  • Previous experience managing multiple brands, running webinars or digital programs, and working with platforms such as HubSpot, Close, Zoom, or Calendly is preferred.
  • Experience operating an agency or leading as an owner-operator is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation of USD $4,000 - $4,500 per month.
  • Fully remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in LATAM.
  • Full-time opportunity with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence strategic initiatives.
  • High-impact role with ownership over creative operations, marketing systems, and brand growth.
  • Exposure to innovative AI-powered workflows and modern marketing practices.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with a talented, multidisciplinary remote team.
