The core responsibilities of this role include: The Team Lead - Trainer acts as a liaison with their management team to direct workflow and workforce based on the volume of work duties. They are the subject matter experts of the inbound, outbound, and processing departments and are the primary support for training needs at the site.
Position: Group Lead Coordinator - Trainer
Shift: First Shift Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay: $23.30 per hour
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
A minimum of 6 months experience operating material handling equipment including a stand up forklift if preferred. Experience and comfortability operating MHE in reverse is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 6 months experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc is preferred.

Role Purpose:
Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support and lead the trainers at the site.
- Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates.
- Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level.
- Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS.
- Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers.
- Support operations as needed by leadership.
Required Education and Experience:
- 1+ year training experience in warehouse setting
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
