Job Description
General Cleaner at Marsden Central, L.LC.
Shift: Monday through Friday 5:00pm to 1:30am
Location: St. Paul,MN
Requirements:
Job includes but not limited to: driving to the office daily by 5pm, grabbing keys from a key box, getting a different list of accounts to drive to and fully clean to expectations. Some use of personal car may be needed if vans are out. Cleaner must clean to Health Care cleaning expectations. Clean rooms, ORs, Surgery, General hospital rooms, offices, bathrooms etc. Some buildings require special garments Medical cleaners disinfect all surfaces daily, dust daily, trash, recycle, glass clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, metal shine, wall spot, restrooms, lunchrooms, exams etc. OT available. One weekend per month required on call.
- You must be 18 years old.
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
- Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
