Indian Rocks Eats is seeking a passionate and servant-hearted Administrative Assistant who will play a vital role in advancing the mission of Indian Rocks Church through food ministry. Essential Functions:
- Departmental Administrative Support: Act as the primary administrative point of contact for the IREats department. Draft, edit, and coordinate correspondence, memos, menus, and production reports on behalf of hospitality leadership.
- Calendar & Event Coordination: Manage the complex production and catering calendar for IREats, aligning kitchen operations with Sunday service, special events, campus lunch programs, athletic team meals, and external catering requests.
- Financial Oversight & Deposits: Assist in the reconciliation of daily food service revenues. Accurately prepare cash/check deposits, review financial performance reports, code invoices to proper budget lines, and route documentation to the finance office.
- Digital & POS Ecosystem Management: Oversee the backend operations of the Square for Restaurants platform. Manage multi-location menus, track point-of-sale (POS) transactions, generate invoices, and execute digital pre-order and catering logistics.
- Marketing & Promotional Campaigns: Design visually compelling menus, promotional flyers, and digital signage utilizing Canva. Execute automated marketing initiatives and manage the IREats social media presence across META platforms (Instagram & Facebook).
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the administrative liaison between kitchen operations and church/school leadership, when needed.
- Data & System Management: Maintain high data integrity within Google Workspace (Google Sheets & Drive) for inventory tracking, health department compliance records, staff/volunteer safety training logs, and standard operating procedures.
- 2–3 years of administrative or office support experience with strong organizational skills, preferably within a high-volume food service, hospitality, school administration, or church environment.
- Technical & Platform Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of (or ability to learn quickly) Square for Restaurants (POS, Invoicing, Multi-Location Menus, Catering Logistics).
- Proficiency in Canva and digital asset creation for promotional flyers and META Social Media suites (Instagram & Facebook).
- Mastery of Google Workspace (specifically Google Sheets and Google Drive management).
- Humble, teachable spirit with a desire to grow professionally and spiritually in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while remaining calm, focused, and joyful.
- Physical ability to remain seated or stand at a desk for extended periods, navigate across the campus, and occasionally lift or move light office or hospitality deliveries up to 25 pounds.

- Must be an active member of Indian Rocks as defined by regular attendance in worship services, regular attendance/involvement in an Indian Rocks Connection Group or Small Group, commitment to systematic stewardship, and faithful in tithing.
