Your new opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our Residential & Commercial Finance team. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide critical support across the client lifecycle, helping to manage compliance processes, improve internal systems, and coordinate loan administration through to settlement.

This role plays a key part in supporting our Credit Advisors to deliver excellent service outcomes to clients. With strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others succeed, you’ll thrive in a high-performing team where collaboration and ownership are valued every day.

This role can be based in either Newcastle or Melbourne. We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements and are happy to work with the successful candidate to design a schedule that supports both the role and the individual.

What you'll do
  • Manage portfolios including loan expiries, pricing, and annual reviews
  • Coordinate documentation and CRM updates across the finance process
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, advisors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage digital compliance platforms and track deal flow
  • Oversee final stages of finance applications including post-settlement
  • Support compliance reporting and quality assurance processes
  • Collaborate with wider administration team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and internal workflow projects
  • Provide diary management and support to Advisors as needed


What you'll bring

  • Understanding of the credit process and lending policy frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-first mindset and desire to support others
  • Confidence learning new systems and managing CRMs
  • Previous experience in a client support, finance admin, or lending environment
  • A passion for improving processes and delivering a great client experience
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and care
  • Experience with AOL and MyCRM highly regarded
