This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving new business and expanding relationships with large enterprise customers operating at the forefront of AI and machine learning innovation. You will engage with senior technical and business stakeholders to understand complex AI/ML use cases and position advanced observability and evaluation solutions that help teams ship reliable AI systems at scale. Operating in a fast-moving, highly technical sales environment, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while building trusted relationships within the AI ecosystem. This role blends strategic enterprise sales, technical curiosity, and community engagement in a rapidly growing AI infrastructure market. - Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Build and manage relationships with AI/ML leaders, engineering teams, and senior decision-makers across enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute targeted outbound and inbound sales strategies to generate and progress pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer AI/ML workflows, challenges, and infrastructure needs.
- Run and manage complex enterprise deals, including proof-of-concepts, stakeholder alignment, and procurement processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to shape tailored solutions.
- Maintain deep knowledge of AI/ML market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging use cases.
- Leverage structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC or BANT) to qualify and advance opportunities.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support long-term customer growth.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing complex deals.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle enterprise sales processes in technical or highly consultative environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, data infrastructure, or developer-focused products (or strong willingness to learn).
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders such as engineers, data scientists, or ML practitioners.
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to build pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal process constraints.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement cycles.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and knowledge sharing.
- Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or BANT is highly valued.
- Annual total compensation between $250,000 – $300,000 USD, plus equity package.
