Celtic Property Management is seeking an energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented Porter/Groundskeeper to join the team at The Villas at Riverwalk, a brand-new 178-unit Class A luxury apartment community in Camp Verde, Arizona.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a community from the beginning as we continue our lease-up and welcome new residents. If you take pride in maintaining beautiful grounds, creating exceptional first impressions, and being part of a winning team, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
• Pick up litter and debris throughout the property daily
• Keep breezeways, walkways, parking lots, amenities, and common areas clean and presentable
• Assist with trash removal and dumpster area maintenance
• Help prepare apartment homes for new residents
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and grounds upkeep
• Support the maintenance team with general property projects
• Report safety concerns and maintenance issues promptly
• Help ensure The Villas at Riverwalk remains one of the premier communities in Camp Verde

What We're Looking For:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and remain active throughout the workday
• Previous porter, groundskeeper, landscaping, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred
• Team player who takes pride in their work
• Desire to learn and grow within the property management industry
