Requirements

  • Experience managing client relationships and guiding prospects through structured sales cycles.
  • Ability to conduct virtual sales presentations and handle consultative conversations confidently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • Experience in real estate, vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, or investment sales is a strong advantage.
  • Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with international clients or cross-border sales is a plus.
Benefits
  • Base salary of USD $700/month with uncapped performance-based bonuses.

  • High earning potential for top performers with scalable monthly income.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing international real estate and hospitality business.
  • Exposure to property management, investment, and vacation rental markets.
