Job Description
FAMIS (PSE GROUP) is seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Associate / CDL Driver to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for receiving, processing, storing, and organizing inventory to support efficient warehouse operations. When business needs require, the successful candidate will also deliver paint and related products to local customers using a company vehicle, which may include a van, pickup truck, or box truck.
Qualified applicants must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Hazmat (H) endorsement and have experience operating commercial vehicles safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse locations.
- Stage orders for shipment or delivery.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock rotation.
- Maintain clean, orderly, and safe warehouse conditions.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, as authorized.
- Clean and maintain warehouse equipment and assigned work areas.
Delivery Duties:
- About 50% of the time, deliver paint and related products to local customers while providing exceptional customer service.
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Safely load and secure merchandise for transport.
- Unload products at customer locations as directed and verify deliveries with the designated customer representative.
- Complete and maintain all required delivery documentation.
- Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report maintenance or repair needs.
- Communicate potential sales opportunities or customer feedback to Sales Representatives.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a current Hazmat (H) endorsement.
- Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience operating a commercial vehicle requiring a Hazmat endorsement.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk on concrete or other hard surfaces for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Regularly lift and carry up to 55 pounds and occasionally lift more than 55 pounds with appropriate assistance or equipment.
- Frequently bend, twist, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and order pickers as required.
- Work in varying temperatures and warehouse environmental conditions.
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record and satisfy Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) standards.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be legally authorized and licensed to operate commercial vehicles in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
