Ford & KIA Automotive Technicians, Diesel Technicians & Transmission Technicians Wanted!
Potential Earnings Based on Experience: $30 - $50+ Per Hour + Seniority Bonus
DARCARS Ford and KIA is actively seeking experienced Ford Technicians, Kia Technicians, Diesel Technicians, and Transmission Technicians to join our growing service team. What You'll DoAs an Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Advanced diagnostics and repair
- Engine performance and drivability repairs
- Diesel engine diagnosis and repair
- Transmission diagnosis, rebuilds, and replacement
- Electrical system diagnosis and repair
- HVAC, steering, suspension, and brake repairs
- Preventive maintenance services
- Multi-point vehicle inspections
- Road testing and quality control verification
- Accurate repair documentation and warranty compliance
- 3+ years of automotive technician experience required
- Ford, Kia, Diesel, or Transmission repair experience strongly preferred
- Manufacturer certifications are a plus
- ASE Certifications and A/C Certification preferred
- State Inspection License a plus
- Must own basic technician tools
- Proven productivity and quality performance
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
- 4-Day Work Week Available
