This role is focused on shaping and scaling a high-quality employee experience within a fast-growing, global product development environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting performance management, employee relations, and day-to-day people challenges with empathy and clarity. The position combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring people practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with business needs. You will contribute to designing and evolving people programs that strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership effectiveness across distributed teams. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with global stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-scaling organization. It offers the opportunity to directly influence how teams grow, perform, and thrive in an international, remote-first setup.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with employees and managers across the India team through ongoing coaching and proactive support.
- Partner with leaders to improve communication, team management practices, performance expectations, and leadership effectiveness.
- Support performance management processes, including feedback conversations, performance improvement plans, and employee development discussions.
- Design and enhance employee experience programs spanning onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.
- Ensure HR processes, policies, and documentation are consistent, compliant, and aligned with local and global requirements.
- Collaborate with global People teams to develop scalable programs that reinforce culture and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring fairness, clarity, and alignment with company values.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
- Experience in technology, software, consulting, or product development environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of India employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance practices.
- Proven experience partnering with managers and leadership teams on performance management and employee relations.
- Experience working in global organizations across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a people-first and empathetic approach.
