This role is a key leadership position within a global customer experience organization, responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact learning strategies across multiple business lines and client accounts. You will lead a team of learning professionals to design, implement, and continuously improve training programs that directly influence operational performance and employee success. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring learning initiatives are aligned with business goals and workforce needs. You will work closely with operations, workforce management, talent acquisition, and client stakeholders to anticipate training demands and support large-scale onboarding and ramp cycles. A major part of the role involves using data-driven insights to evaluate training effectiveness and optimize learning outcomes. This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment where leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement are essential.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Learning Managers, Learning Specialists, and training support staff across multiple accounts or sites
- Design and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational and client objectives
- Oversee training program delivery, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles, compliance standards, and operational requirements
- Establish and monitor training effectiveness using evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, and feedback analysis
- Partner with operations, workforce management, talent acquisition, and finance teams to forecast and plan training needs for new hires and client ramps
- Analyze learning data and performance trends to identify gaps and recommend continuous improvements to training programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure training alignment and satisfaction
- Ensure consistent, engaging, and high-quality learning experiences that support employee performance and retention
- Manage talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the learning organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development roles
- Proven experience leading and managing large teams in a fast-paced, complex environment (BPO experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate large-scale learning programs
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a focus on performance and engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, including client-facing experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to use data and insights to influence decisions and improve learning outcomes
