This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) based in Brazil.
This role is centered on driving top-of-funnel growth through proactive prospecting and high-quality lead qualification. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging them through outbound channels, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. The position plays a key role in building a strong and predictable sales pipeline across B2B markets. You will work closely with senior sales professionals to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and optimize outreach strategies. The environment is fast-paced, target-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring strong communication and commercial awareness. It is an opportunity to contribute directly to revenue growth while developing strong sales expertise in a global business context.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and digital communication tools to identify potential customers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure only high-quality opportunities progress in the sales funnel.
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to senior sales representatives (Hunters) for closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, activities, and pipeline information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and lead conversion performance.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to continuously refine pitching and qualification techniques.
- Stay informed about products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Support competitive prospecting efforts by engaging leads currently using competitor solutions.
- Completed or ongoing higher education.
- Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar business development or sales role.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with B2B sales environments and consultative selling approaches (desirable).
- Knowledge of prospecting and lead qualification techniques (desirable).
- Availability to work in a hybrid or on-site model in Curitiba (Bom Retiro), Brazil.
- Participation in sales training programs or courses is considered a plus.
