  • Design repeatable architectural patterns for complex use cases such as hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, AI/ML workloads, and distributed infrastructure
  • Deliver technical training sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure consistent solution understanding and adoption
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of solution frameworks based on field feedback and evolving enterprise needs
Requirements

This role requires strong hands-on experience in infrastructure, cloud, networking, or platform engineering, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture, solutions engineering, or similar technical roles
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments, networking fundamentals, and enterprise-grade system design
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization and container platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with modern workloads such as AI/ML infrastructure, GPU computing, and distributed applications
  • Proven ability to create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles or customer-facing technical consulting engagements
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders
Benefits
  • Flexible, remote-friendly working environment with optional coworking access
  • Generous paid time off, including parental leave, birthday leave, and optional additional vacation purchase
  • Health and wellness support through wellness allowances and employee wellbeing programs
  • Learning and development support, including training budgets, certifications, and paid study leave

  • Inclusive, expert-driven team culture focused on innovation and collaboration
  • Employee recognition programs celebrating impact and contribution
