Part-Time Customer Service Representative in Jackson Township, New Jersey at Fairfield

We are a beverage wholesale company located in Fairfield, NJ, seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Schedule:
Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Occasional Thursday or Friday may be required as needed.

Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls
• Take and process customer orders
• Assist customers with questions regarding existing orders
• Provide general customer service support
• Perform basic office and administrative duties, including filing
• Assist with other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers
• Basic office and computer skills
