It is an opportunity to deepen your paid media expertise while working in an AI-enabled, growth-focused environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Independently manage day-to-day campaign operations, including timelines, budgets, pacing, performance monitoring, ad builds, optimizations, reporting, and campaign updates.
  • Partner with lead strategists and relevant internal stakeholders to execute paid advertising strategies aligned with client objectives, business priorities, and brand requirements.
  • Analyze campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth, developing test hypotheses and recommending data-backed optimizations.
  • Maintain accurate budget pacing and proactively identify potential risks, performance changes, or opportunities before they affect campaign delivery.
  • Own the execution and ongoing management of client testing roadmaps, coordinating priorities, timelines, experiments, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and campaign recaps, using clear data storytelling to communicate results, insights, recommendations, and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong client-first mindset by incorporating business objectives, constraints, brand considerations, and performance goals into campaign decisions.
  • Troubleshoot performance volatility, technical issues, tracking challenges, and campaign pivots with a calm, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Leverage available AI-powered tools and technology to improve campaign analysis, operational efficiency, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute beyond day-to-day execution by identifying new ideas, efficiencies, frameworks, and process improvements that can strengthen team operations and client outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bring 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally including experience in a digital marketing agency environment and a strong focus on paid advertising.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience with direct-response marketing, particularly in e-commerce; experience with lead generation and B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Demonstrate at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct-response campaigns, with additional experience across platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Pinterest Ads considered an advantage.
  • Have experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct-response marketing initiatives and applying performance insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Bring at least 1 year of experience using Google Analytics and Shopify, with familiarity with other marketing, analytics, or technical platforms considered beneficial.
  • Demonstrate excellent Excel skills, including a strong understanding of advanced spreadsheet features, combined with strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Have client-facing experience and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong organization, time management, reliability, initiative, and the ability to manage a full workload independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in problem-solving, continuous learning, experimentation, and professional development.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with advanced spoken and written English proficiency required for the role.
  • Be comfortable using AI and technology-enabled tools to improve efficiency, performance analysis, and marketing workflows.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work in a remote-friendly environment with flexibility to support collaboration across U.S. time zones.
  • Exposure to a diverse portfolio of consumer-focused clients and hands-on experience across major paid advertising platforms.
  • Opportunity to develop strategic, analytical, client-facing, and paid media expertise within a technology-enabled growth environment.
  • Access to AI-powered tools and proprietary technology designed to enhance campaign execution, analysis, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Professional development opportunities through continued learning, new marketing technologies, and exposure to evolving paid media strategies.
