Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to support the relaunch and deployment of the InEight platform. This role will maximize adoption of the platform’s standard capabilities, guide functional decisions, and ensure alignment between business needs and InEight best practices.
This position can be based in Montreal, Brossard, or Quebec City, with 100% remote work available.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Defining and maintaining the functional vision of the solution.
  • Prioritizing business needs based on the value generated for the organization.
  • Ensuring alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities.
  • Participating in decisions related to project scope and priorities.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between business users, implementation teams, and external partners to support successful deployment and adoption of target processes.
  • Acting as an ambassador for change with business teams and contributing to the adoption of new processes.
  • Participating in user training and support activities.
Requirements
  • Significant experience with the InEight platform, including participation in at least one implementation, deployment, or optimization project.
  • Good understanding of the business processes supported by InEight and demonstrated ability to advise organizations on the adoption of InEight best practices.
  • Experience working with multiple InEight modules.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a Product Owner, Process Owner, Functional Manager, or equivalent role.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects or enterprise software implementation.
  • Strong leadership, influence, communication, analytical, and synthesis skills, with a focus on results and value creation.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes to promote the adoption of best practices.
  • Experience in the construction industry, project cost control, change management, contract management, project planning and monitoring, InEight and ERP integration, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or large-scale programs and projects is an asset.
