Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager based in Germany.
Lead the delivery of high-value executive engagement programmes across a global portfolio of events.
You will connect sponsors with senior Communications Service Provider (CSP) executives and influential industry decision-makers.
The role covers the full programme lifecycle, from sponsor onboarding and audience targeting to delegate acquisition, scheduling, and onsite execution.
You will manage multiple stakeholders, ensure smooth delivery across international time zones, and resolve issues in fast-moving event environments.
Strong relationship management will be central to supporting sponsors and creating valuable experiences for senior attendees.
You will also use data, reporting, and event insights to improve processes, workflows, and programme performance.
This is an ideal opportunity for an organised, commercially minded professional who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and high-quality executive engagement.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of Executive Connect and Invite-Only programmes across multiple global events throughout the year.
Lead sponsor onboarding, ensuring target accounts, audience profiles, objectives, and programme requirements are accurately captured.
Drive targeted outreach to senior CSP executives through tailored invitations, communications, confirmations, and reminders.
Coordinate meeting schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, manage shared meeting spaces, and support smooth onsite execution.
Manage the Invite-Only programme lifecycle, including attendee wish-lists, acquisition, promotional activity, vetting, approvals, and session flow.
Ensure invitations, reminders, onsite instructions, and other communications provide a seamless participant experience.
Execute audience acquisition plans designed to reach senior CSP decision-makers across international markets.
Help sponsors refine and prioritise target-audience wish-lists and define meaningful meeting or session objectives.
Act as a trusted point of contact for sponsors throughout the delivery cycle, providing guidance and resolving issues.
Manage escalations relating to targeting, scheduling, approvals, attendance, or other programme requirements.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Events, Marketing, Insights, and other internal teams to maintain aligned delivery.
Support workload prioritisation, task clarity, and effective communication during critical event delivery periods.
Contribute to event retrospectives by analysing data and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and programme quality.
Recommend improvements to workflows, SOPs, templates, timelines, communication processes, and attendee engagement strategies.
Anticipate delivery risks and implement preventative measures ahead of important milestones.
Track acquisition progress, confirmations, scheduling, approvals, attendance, and delivery risks through structured reporting.
Produce post-event insights and recommendations to strengthen future programmes and contribute to broader organisational learning.
Strong professional experience in executive engagement programmes, event operations, sponsorship delivery, high-value client engagement, or a comparable field.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and workflows across international events and multiple time zones.
Confident communicator capable of engaging professionally with senior executives and high-level sponsor representatives.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement when handling escalations, competing priorities, and time-sensitive issues.
Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy and quality.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where priorities can change quickly.
Strong relationship-management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes rather than simply following established workflows.
Experience or familiarity with telecommunications, technology, B2B events, sponsorship programmes, or curated executive meeting formats is advantageous.
Experience using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, project management tools, and reporting systems is a plus.
Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Fully remote working arrangement across Europe.
Opportunity to work on high-profile international events and executive engagement programmes.
Exposure to senior decision-makers across the global telecommunications and technology ecosystem.
International and collaborative working environment with cross-functional exposure.
Opportunity to build expertise in executive engagement, sponsorship delivery, event operations, and stakeholder management.
Role with significant ownership across the full programme delivery lifecycle.
Opportunities to contribute ideas and shape processes, workflows, and best practices.
Dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and high-quality participant experiences.
Flexible remote setup designed to support collaboration across international teams and time zones.
