Job Description
DLX Deals is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receiving Specialist. This individual will be responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming inventory shipments, ensuring products are properly logged, staged, and stored within our warehouse. Our ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems while in a deadline-driven environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
● Receive and unload incoming shipments from carriers, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips
● Inspect incoming products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and promptly report issues to management and vendors
● Accurately and efficiently log received inventory into the warehouse management system (WMS)
● Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to unload, move, and stage incoming inventory
● Sort, label, and stage received products for put-away to the correct warehouse locations
● Maintain a clean and organized receiving area in compliance with safety regulations
● Ensure accuracy of inventory counts by performing regular cycle counts, reporting any discrepancies to management
● Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shortages, overages, or damaged shipments
● Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy
● Assist with put-away and restocking of inventory as needed
● Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that daily receiving tasks are completed on time with a high level of accuracy
● Perform other duties as assigned

● Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
