Job Description
Fusion Therapy Center is seeking an experienced, people-focused Patient Services Director to lead and strengthen patient services operations across our growing organization.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, systems, patient experience, and operational growth. The Patient Services Director will oversee Patient Services leadership across Fusion’s pediatric, adult, travel, and expanding service models, ensuring patients and families experience efficient, compassionate, and consistent support from referral through ongoing care.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop Patient Services Managers and their teams
- Oversee patient access, referrals, scheduling, front-desk operations, and patient communication
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Build efficient, scalable systems that support Fusion’s continued growth
- Strengthen the patient and family experience across all locations and service models
- Partner with clinical, executive, human resources, finance, quality control, and marketing leadership
- Improve workflows, accountability, training, policies, and operational consistency
- Support staffing strategy, leadership development, and future location or program launches
- Identify barriers to patient access and lead solutions that improve efficiency, retention, and service

You may be a great fit if you have:
- Leadership experience in healthcare administration, patient services, operations, practice management, or a related field
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing managers or leaders
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, referrals, patient access, and service operations
- A demonstrated ability to improve processes and make data-informed decisions
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively across clinical and administrative departments
- A passion for creating an exceptional experience for both patients and team members
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, management, or a related field; experience in a multi-location healthcare organization; and/or experience supporting organizational growth and operational expansion.
Required: Management: 1 year
