Hiring: Application Security Architect

📍 Location: Richmond, VA – Local Candidates Only || Hybrid
🏢 Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 days/week initially for 90 days; reduced onsite may be possible afterward

We are looking for a Senior Application Security Architect to design and lead security strategies across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, data platforms, GIS, Power Platform, and Agentic AI solutions.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years in software/application/security engineering
• Application Security & Security Architecture
• Threat Modeling & Architecture Reviews
• SSDLC / DevSecOps
• Azure, Kubernetes & Cloud Security
• OWASP, SAST, DAST, SCA & API Security
• OAuth, OIDC, SAML, JWT, RBAC/ABAC
• Data Classification, Encryption, DLP & Privacy
• Microsoft Purview, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Power Platform & ArcGIS
• Experience with VITA/COV security standards is highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
