We are seeking a dependable and experienced Roofing Service Technician to join our growing team in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. This position performs roof inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, leak investigations, and service work on commercial and residential roofing systems.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, customer-focused, and able to troubleshoot roofing issues and work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing issues, including leaks and storm damage.

• Perform preventative maintenance and service repairs on commercial and residential roofing systems.

• Troubleshoot and identify the source of roof leaks and other roofing problems.

• Document findings with photographs and detailed service reports.

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations.

• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.

• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

• Complete work orders accurately and on time.

• Assist with emergency service calls when needed.

• Roofing experience preferred; roofing service and repair experience strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of common commercial and residential roofing systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work safely at heights and in Florida weather conditions.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Clean criminal background.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in our drug-free workplace program.
